At Dalein we consider ourselves only to be as strong as our weakest link and a weak link in our team is hard to find. Behind any great team is a great leader and we have that in Lohan Heyl, the Managing Director of Agriplan – the hard work and dedication that he exhibits paves the way for his engineering and draughting team to follow.

This engineering and draughting team are the spearheads in the Dalein design arsenal, and the driving force behind the effective and timely delivery of our projects. They pride themselves in the delivery of personalized service and the cultivation of long lasting client relations. This ethos is embodied in the dedicated work that our sales, procurement and warehouse team offers in the service that they provide to our clients, making sure our screws don't come loose in the process.

The foundation that allows us to deliver world class equipment for our projects are our manufacturing and production workshops. Our highly competent and experienced boilermakers and equipment manufacturing teams are the gears that keep the machine moving in our company.

We are extremely proud of all the members on our team and the monuments that we erect together. Without the help of every individual on our team, we would not be able to deliver the products and service that have become synonymous with the Dalein brand.

Grainmaster Milling (KGB) is a joint venture project entered into between 4 farmers in KwaZulu Natal to support their poultry operations. As part of the venture, Graham Griffin (of Gravic Farms), Alistair Firth (of Mayfield), Brad Fyvie (of Skye Broiler Breeders) and Keyan Carlisle (of Kinmount) set out to establish a feed mill to bring the nutrition of their animals under their control and cut costs on feed purchases from commercial suppliers. This endeavor has been supported by De Heus Animal Nutrition in the area – empowering local business cooperation. Equipment Update - Mixing Things Up

Dalein Agriplan has broken the mould of our previous factory designs with the introduction of our new 3Ton (±6,000L) Capacity Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer, the MPT6000H . The mixer is a re-design of our popular 2Ton (±4,000L) variant mixer, the MPT4000H, streamlined and strengthened to withstand the larger loads associated to the larger feed mixing capacity. The mixer drive system consists of a specialized gearbox arrangement, developed in close conjunction with SEW Eurodrive's technical support team to deliver reliable performance results. The mixer is equipped with Dalein's tried and tested pneumatic discharge system, featuring failsafe technology in the form of a mechanical locking element preventing the system from discharging in the possible event of a power outage (an event happening more and more in production these days). Nova Animal Feeds, Pretoria and Malmesbury – South Africa In the midst of the pandemic and associated economic pressure on the local market, Nova Feeds has remained undeterred in their delivery of high quality animal nutrition and increased production capacity and efficiency on their pelleting lines in their Pretoria and Malmesbury factories. In efforts to streamline production and boost capacities, Nova selected Dalein Agriplan as its preferred supplier to replace two of their pellet presses in these two factories with PTN Progress 1000- and PTN Progress 900 Pellet Presses respectively.
